Welcome to Talkie – a Bluetooth chat application that allows users to send encrypted messages between nearby devices. By downloading, installing, or using Talkie, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Talkie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Talkie. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian. By using Talkie, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Talkie responsibly and lawfully. You may not use the app to:

Talkie provides encrypted communication between devices using AES‑GCM and related cryptographic standards. While encryption enhances privacy, no system is entirely secure. The developers of Talkie make no guarantees regarding absolute data security or message delivery reliability.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, source code, and branding related to Talkie are the property of BlastOffProductions or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app without prior written consent.
7. Updates and Changes
The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Talkie or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Talkie is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the app will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlastOffProductions and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Talkie.
10. Termination
You may stop using Talkie at any time. The developer may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
